Appena affideremo il pacco a Poste Italiane, ti invieremo una e-mail con i dettagli e le istruzioni per tracciare la consegna che avverrà entro 3/4 giorni lavorativi.

Le Primitive Tshirts (e le Primitive Jumpshirts) devono essere considerate a tutti gli effetti un manufatto artistico che può anche essere indossato. Si tratta di pezzi unici per cui c’è un’unica taglia a disposizione per ogni pezzo.

Sono tutti modelli unisex non sfiancati quindi adatti sia da uomo che da donna. Per le misure esatte in cm puoi fare riferimento alle tabelle ‘GUIDA ALLE TAGLIE’ in descrizione di ogni singolo prodotto.

Tutti i manufatti Clarulecis possono essere lavati a mano o in lavatrice in un programma delicato, possono essere stirati al rovescio ma non possono essere asciugati meccanicamente (salvo specifiche del singolo prodotto).

Non è possibile cambiare la taglia perché ogni pezzo è unico e disponibile in un’unica taglia. Se però non fossi soddisfatto del tuo acquisto puoi esercitare il diritto di recesso entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento del pacco. In tal caso scrivici una email tramite il modulo di contatto del nostro sito inserendo come oggetto “reso” e tuo numero d’ordine e ti indicheremo tutti i passi da fare per ricevere il rimborso. Qualora non fosse disponibile on line la taglia giusta per te, puoi richiedere la Primitive Tshirt (o la Primitive Jumpshirt) della tua taglia scrivendoci una email a info@clarulecis.com, tramite la chat on line o tramite il modulo di contatto.

Tieni presente che tutti i nostri manufatti sono pezzi unici per cui riceverai una Primitive tshirt (o Primitive Jumpshirt) con una stampa simile ma non identica a quella che hai visto on line.  In questo caso i tempi di lavorazione saranno di 15 giorni.

Per le Primitive tshirts (e le Primitive Jumpshirts) personalizzate non è previsto il reso.

The Primitive T-shirts (and the Primitive Sweatshirts) must be considered to all intents and purposes an artistic artefact to be worn. They are unique pieces in only-one size available for each piece.

They are all unisex models, perfectly suitable for both men and women. For the exact measurements in cm you can refer to the ‘SIZE GUIDE’ table below each product.

All Clarulecis products can be hand or machine washed (just be sure to use a program for delicate garments). They can be ironed on the reverse side, but cannot be dried mechanically.(unless otherwise specified).

No, products are printed using colorfast dyes, with a maximum temperature of 30 degrees.

It is not possible to change the size because each piece is unique and in only-one size available. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receiving the item. In this case, write us an email using the contact form on the website, entering “return” and your order number as the subject. We will provide all the steps to be refunded. Please note that all the artifacts are unique pieces. Thus, you will receive a Primitive T-shirt (or Primitive Sweatshirt) with a print similar but not identical to the one online. In this case the processing time will be 15 days.

There is no return for a customized Primitive T-shirts (and Primitive Sweatshirts).
